Under construction, so dusty and noisy and a place to stay away from for a few months? Again, tree-less and unbearably hot between 10am and 10pm.

Whole area a construction site during FIFA WWC2019. Fountain inoperative. Perimeter restaurants dusty. Not worth stopping at until works complete.
