"The manager was kind and responsive when we checked in and the welcome towel and drink was a delightful surprise. We had a treehouse room that was beautiful and the natural decorations on the beds were amazing. There were many cute Instagram worthy places to sit and take pictures. The food was fresh, well prepared and nicely presented. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Elysian Hotel in Placencia and can’t say enough about how warm and welcoming the staff were. Traveling with young kids can be challenging, but the team here went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable for our family. From thoughtful help day-to-day to genuine kindness toward our children, it truly made a difference in our trip.

"We had an AMAZING stay at Itz’ana!! We were impacted by winter storms in the southeast and missed our first night. They gave us a credit equal to the value of the night for food and drinks at the resort. They were responsive prior and during our trip. Truly wonderful service. The grounds themselves were gorgeous. "Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups"

"The location of coral cove is stunning, directly on the beach which is combed every day and lined with palm trees, just beautiful. Free kayak and bike hire is a great bonus, which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a bit basic and the only vegan breakfast option was fruit, but overall we loved our stay here and would definitely come back. "

"We loved our stay at umaya. The beach is awesome. The whole pool area/chairs/dock and set up are awesome too. So great that you can also borrow Kayaks and paddle boards (which we did) to have morning paddles when the ocean is calmer. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff helpful and accommodating and the food at the hotel was good as well. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket (10 min drive) close to umaya without having to always make the drive...
