"We had an AMAZING stay at Itz’ana!! We were impacted by winter storms in the southeast and missed our first night. They gave us a credit equal to the value of the night for food and drinks at the resort. They were responsive prior and during our trip. Truly wonderful service. The grounds themselves were gorgeous. I felt clean and safe the whole time. The food was good. Highly recommend "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Elysian Hotel in Placencia and can’t say enough about how warm and welcoming the staff were. Traveling with young kids can be challenging, but the team here went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable for our family. From thoughtful help day-to-day to genuine kindness toward our children, it truly made a difference in our trip.
Our room was spacious and easily accommodated our family of five, which is not always easy to find. Housekeeping was excellent—our room was always spotless—and the service at the bar was consistently friendly and attentive. Overall, the Elysian felt relaxed, well cared for, and very family-friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with kids."

"The manager was kind and responsive when we checked in and the welcome towel and drink was a delightful surprise. We had a treehouse room that was beautiful and the natural decorations on the beds were amazing. There were many cute Instagram worthy places to sit and take pictures.
