It was immaculate, well kept, looked brand new even though it is ten years old and sooooo spacious. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows and soft cotton bedding. "This is my third stay at Easy Living Apartments, and I will stay again, just to state that up front. Location within Placencia village, unbeatable! The apartments are spacious and clean. Due to the flooding this year, the apartment smelled of mold, but it wasn't terrible. The shower didn't want to drain, so that needs fixed. *Primary complaint, unlike previous visits, one of the other apartments had roughly ten people staying in it and it was day and night chaos. "The room service was only when requested. Same with beach towels. They will bring the each towels to our room when we asked. We asked for the towels the night we arrived and they did not come to the next day after noon. Other than that the location was very good. The stuff was very nice. The beach was nice and not busy. "

"The property itself was beautiful, but the pool was only open until 6pm. The restaurant was only open until 7 and there was nothing to do after 7pm. This property needed to have someone at the front desk/ maintenance available 24/7. We went to check out at 6am and there was no one available to check us out. We called the front desk a few times for differe t reasons and there was no answer. "
