"The staff was amazing and the room and beach were beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestions I would make: 1. Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. Once when we were on our way out, another couple sat in ours and the staff told us they would move us to other chairs which I thought was inappropriate considering we were guests paying for 11 days. 2. "Had a great two night stay at The Lodge at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff members that we interacted with were helpful and accommodating......especially Julio at the front desk!
