"La maison est bien, mais le propriétaire a tout gâché. Très envahissant dès le début. Le premier matin, on part à la course avec nos deux enfants et on oublie d'éteindre la clim. Le soir, il nous fait la morale, dit que c'est de la « méchanceté » de notre part, et nous tourne le dos quand je m'explique. Le lendemain, il se plaint du bruit parce que les enfants jouent avec un simple ballon de plage. Le pire, c'était l'inspection de départ. Il rentre avec une attitude de policier. On avait laissé la place impeccable (balai passé, vaisselle et même notre lavage fait). Sa réaction ? Il chiale qu'on n'a pas passé la serpillière (la moppe) ! Il a même osé nous dire : « Vous avez pris cette place pour sauver de l'argent comparé à un hôtel, c'est normal de le faire.» Ma femme et moi avons explosé et on l'a remis à sa place. Quand il a vu qu'on ne se laissait pas piler sur les pieds et qu'il a eu peur pour son review, il s'est soudainement mis à s'excuser. On voyage beaucoup et on n'a jamais vu un tel manque de respect. À fuir si vous voulez des vacances tranquilles."

"Magnifique habitation, cuisine bien équipée, literie de qualité, AC sans bruit, endroit très tranquille. Avons apprécié le sentier côtier qui mène à de belles plages et aussi les services à proximité chez Pierre et Vacances (piscine, plage, restaurants). Une adresse de choix! "

"The unit was right above the bar and other entertainment common areas. It was loud till around 22:00. The hotel animator was loud and overdone. Other than that, the ocean front was very shallow on the entire beach. Good for kids. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Choose local off site restaurants rather than the buffet."

"The property is set in a beautiful garden with a lovely pool. My daughter and I arrived late evening 23rd December by taxi from the airport. We had code for keysafe but no key in it! We rang the owner and she came over- she had obviously forgotten our booking and put us in a sub-standard room. It ooked out over a kind of patchy yard at the back of the building (not terrible, but not a view of the garden others had). Definitely not like the photos. A sheet but no covers and chilly at night. No bedside lamps.Our hostess gave us a loaf of cheap white bread, some crisps and a pineapple - by now 10.30-11pm. Not ideal. The reception are was then closed for the rest of our stay (we left on 27th). Breakfast was supposed to be included (or at least available at the property) but there was NONE and the local supermarket was closed on 25th. I eventually saw the hostess on 26th. When I asked about breakfast she said there wouldn't be any that day or on the 27th. She told me - quite rudely - that I could walk to the local boulangerie (of course I knew that and it was a really good one - but we had signed up for breakfast). There was a gorgeous beach not far away (30 mins walk) but the first mile or so of the road was NOT ideal, busy with speedy traffic and no pavement etc. Car is essential in Guadeloupe but I wasn't comfortable as 2 women driving 40km in the dark on first night. NOT right to be without ANY SERVICE over Christmas. At a minimum inform guests of this."
