I tried to have dinner out for my last evening and the front desk staff said they would make a reservation. The resturant was full (it was just for one person) and rather than help me or suggest other alternatives the staff simply said, "Sorry, it is not possible." So I ordered room service. :( In hindsight, he should have, could have done more...
