"2 lights didn't work. 1 in the entry way and 1 above the bathroom sink. The exhaust fan was super caked with dirt.. The bathroom sink was dirty. "

"When I arrived, I learned the assigned room was directly across from a noisy icemaker, vending machines, and laundry. I asked the front desk if I could have a different room and she said, no, it was the only one available. When checking out, I spoke with a different person and asked if - when I came back - if I couldn't have a different room (I was planning to return in 4 days). She said the one I had been assigned was the only "accessible" one, but said if I didnt' need the accessibility amenities (grab bars), she could definitely offer another room. I wish the first person had told me this, as I could have stayed in a quieter room. :( I decided to book elsewhere for the later stay. This review will really only be helpful to 1) someone asking for an accessible room at this motel and/or 2) the management, to have them teach their desk people about options when guests ask."

"The breakfast was the best part of this hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to the Hampton Inn by Hilton name. The rooms were right by the interstate and the doors slammed shut. Thus you heard other people coming in and out of their rooms throughout the night. The walls were super thin; I could hear the other room's tv. The toilet paper holder was broken and when the AC turned it, it made a loud noise that scared me each time. I would not recommend this hotel if you were expecting a Hampton Inn quality."
