"The check in was convoluted because it was a third party management company that handeled the check-in. I expected an email from Expedia which never arrived, the management company email went into junk a couple of days before departure, due to the long flight and lack of internet access I had to make calls to connect with them. "This was a great location but it was hard to reach the establishment. We had several communication problems prior to arriving. We were given a number to contact and the response did not happen. We were told to down load the "What up app" and it was still hard to get them to communicate with us. We were a party of 5 and needed more supplies and we had to ask several times. This is a great property with lots of amenities, but the lack of consistent communication made our stay more difficult.We...
