It's a 3.5 star hotel not 5 stars

The breakfast buffet definitely poor for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting fresh juices, only had pork, same 3 fruit options everyday and dry pastries. The beds were the worse, soo low, very uncomfortable and they make noises. The shower was tiny as well argh. And then one receptionist lady (Ioanna) if I remember her name correctly, wanted us to pay extra for parking just because, to qoute her "ooh because 5 euros is such a lot of money that you cannot pay it". Even though the hotel rule is, 1st day of parking is free and this was advised to us prior by another receptionist lady, I wish I remembered her name, because she was lovely with such a beautiful smile. She recommended us a local restaurant and we had an amazing experience at that restaurant. Ooh and then showers behind the reception horrible, there was water everywhere on the floor with a little space where men, women and children are supposed to get ready showers and dress up, anyone that walks can see you. Literally no privacy at all whatsoever. Overall the aesthetics of the hotel outside is 4* but the rooms and food 3*, I'm glad we didn't choose half board.

The grounds are beautiful but the room was a catastrophe. I had a one bedroom room for $350 per night. The room was tiny, the beds were the typical 2 tiny twin beds stuck together. If the mattresses were descent it would be ok but you literally would sink in the mattress. There is also no tv in the living room and the whole room was no more than 250 sq feet or 25 square meters. Do not waste your hard earned money here on a crap room. I stayed up the road at 2 other hotels for roughly a third the cost and they were the same size with nicer finishes and descent normal queen size mattresses.

Sköna sängar, rena rum, bra krut i duschen. Trevlig personal överallt bortsett från i receptionen, de var inte speciellt hjälpsamma. För få solsängar och trångt vid poolen. Skyltar finns uppsatta runt poolområdet som säger att man inte får boka solsäng och att handdukar tas bort av personalen efter 30 min - detta var tyvärr ett tomt hot. Folk paxade solsängar vid 6-7 på morgonen för att sedan inte nyttja dem under stora delar av dagen. Vattenlandet uppskattades av barnen. Mat och dryck var OK.

Personalet snakker engelsk, så kommunikasjonen gikk greit. Bra renhold hver dag. Air condition var separert i to soner, det var veldig bra. Kjøkkenet har svært begrenset med utstyr, og det blir kun vasket opp for hånd. Ok for en enkel lunsj. Soving: Anbefaler IKKE dette hotellet om du er over 170cm og vil sove komfortabelt. Dobbeltseng var grei, men sovesofa/gjestesenger var elendige og altfor korte. (Hadde bedt om 2 dobbltsenger i bookingen, men fikk ikke dette hverken i 1. eller 2.leilighet) Fikk byttet leilighet etter første natt, men dessverre ikke mye bedre. (Vi var litt uheldige med at personalet hadde hvilerom vis a vis døren, da det ble mye støy og røyking inne. Høylytt skravling, en god stund før vi hadde tenkt til å stå opp) Frokosten har godt utvalg av både varm og kald mat. Laktosefrie alternativer til melk. Oppskåret frukt, kule-is. Kaffe, te. Savner god juice (det som tilbys minner mer om en sterk, ublandet saft) Bading: superfin strand med egne senger. Deilig at vi fikk egne håndklær til strand/basseng. Det reklameres med badeanlegg, men kun bassenget/solsenger kan benyttes om du ikke har all inklusive, ellers er det 15€ ekstra pr. person pr. dag for å ta sklier. (Tror aldersgrense for gratis inngang var 7 år) Vi benyttet ikke spa, men et velutstyrt treningsrom som var døgnåpent. Ingen mulighet for sen utsjekk, heller ikke mot betaling. Noen katter rundt leiligheten, men de var bare søte. Endel lyd fra sirisser, som er vanlig på Kreta.

Meget smuk oase med masser af beplantning og blomster. Aircon i hvert rum,som kølede godt ned. Hotelli oli upealla paikalla, ja iso hotellialue oli laaja ja viihtyisä. Kaikkialla siistiä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala monipuolinen ja hyvä. Allasalue pienehkö väkimäärään nähden. Aurinkotuoleja todella vähän. Kuntosali hyvä. Lähtöpäivänä huoneen luovutuksen jälkeen matkatavaroita säilytettiin vartioimattomassa tilassa. Viihtyisä ja mukava hotelli, ehkä kuitenkin piirun verran ylihinnoiteltu.

Selv lejlighed var perfekt. 2 rigtigt soveværelser, 3 altaner og en fantastisk udsigten. Personalet på receptionen var ok hjælpsom men resten af Personalet og især dem på restaurant område virkede som de slet ikke have lyst til at arbejde. Hotels politik er at man må ikke reserveret solstole ved pool. MEN kl 6:45/7:00 om morgenen var alt reserveret med håndklæder eller af mennesker der selv lå der for at være sikker på at få en plads til resten af dagen. Selv pool området er elendigt, igen plads til at går rundt om poolen fordi folk ligger så tæt på vandet. Så hvis du ville have en afslappet ferie, glem dette stedet. Lidt sørgelige fordi området er pænt, ser hyggeligt ud og er godt placeret... til sidst, lever slet ikke op til hotellet 5 stjerne...

En uheldig opplevelse.

Sikkert et greit sted, men vi hadde en svært dårlig opplevelse. På dag 3 av et opphold på 11 dager så begynte det å dryppe vann fra taket på badet. Taket hang nedover fordi det var så mye vann over. Taket var laget av gips. Jeg trykket forsiktig på taket og det ble hull med en gang og vannet fosset ned på badgulvet. Når vannet hadde sluttet å renne så kom det bare vann av og til under oppholdet. Mistenker at det kom vann ned på oss hver gang noen dusjet i andre etasje, noe som er ganske ekkelt. Jeg regner med at alle hotell kan være uheldig, og at slikt kan skje. Vi sa ifra til resepsjonen og det kom et kar som skulle se på det. Han var på rommet i 10 sekunder også forsvant han. Ingenting ble fikset. Vi fikk ikke nytt rom. Vi fikk ikke noen penger igjen. Vi måtte fortsette å leve med problemet helt til vi reiste hjem(i 6-7 dager). Plutselig rant det vann på deg når du satt på do. Plutselig kom det vann på deg når du pusset tenner. Badgulvet var alltid ganske vått under resten av oppholdet. Min oppfatning av hotellet er at de ikke bryr seg om deg i det hele tatt. Bortsett fra dette så var resten av hotellet ellers greit. Renholderne kom inn 3-4 ganger rundt klokken 9 om morgenen, før vi hadde stått opp. De kan dårlig engelsk og går bare rett inn på rommet selv om du ligger i sengen og sier at de må gå ut.

Un mini bateau de croisière !

Hôtel très grand, (avec 4 piscines) coupé en 2 par la route et sonnant dans la mer. Aucune vue depuis les chambres (partie supérieure à la route). Buffet du ptdej et dinner très correct et large choix renouvelé chaque jour. Ca reste un bon gros hôtel pour la masse... type Costa/msc!

The property was lovely, very clean and well maintained, the pool area is nice an spacious. It’s nice not to be in a high rise hotel! The food on the other hand I would not recommend this for all inclusive! Bed and breakfast at best! It’s jusy not at a 4* standard of all inclusive. The post mix and beer was not a brand so they didn’t taste great. If you are all inclusive the drinks are a self serve machine which also has a beer pump, most of the time the beer came with floating white bits in. I don’t think the lines get cleaned very often. We ended up buying drinks from the shop to be on the safe side! Staff were ok, although a lady had fallen down the stairs and we stayed with her as the staff didn’t seem interested which I think is appalling, 4 people staying at the hotel stayed with her until the ambulance arrived, hotel staff only came to tell us when the ambulance was here. All in all we waited approx 2 hours, maybe they could benefit from first aid training!

Séjour d'affaire mais cadre propice au repos !

Séjour express dans cet établissement pour une conférence à proximité, mais très apprécié ! Très joli cadre, les différents bâtiments forment comme un petit village, très propre (chambre et extérieur), au calme, grande piscine (un peu trop chlorée), buffet petit-déjeuner copieux, accès aux équipements du Beach & Spa resort de l'autre coté de la route, personnel très serviable ... je recommande vivement cet établissement !
