We had a wonderful weekend escape with friends to this hotel. It was perfect. The food was exquiste and everything so carefully and deliberately thought through. Flavours and presentation stunning. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to serve us and spoil us with little home made biscuits over coffee time or offering fresh ginger in my water when my throat was sore, without even asking.
