Långresan Stockholm till Opatija över Prag&Alperna

Vi såg framåt var vistelsen på hotellet vi hade hade kört från Stockholm och vi förväntade oss ett rum som är på 4 stjärnors nivå men tyvärr det var den inte den var långt ifrån tyvärr!!! Super tråkigt

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend:) Es gab nur eins was ich ungewöhnlich fand und das war das Reinigen vom Zimmer. Ich finde es total schön wenn man ins Zimmer kommt und das Bad ist geputzt oder das Bett gemacht. Hier ist es etwas anders ,man muß es anmelden wenn man ein geputztes Zimmer haben möchte. Ist wohl nachhaltiger !! Aber alles andere war klasse.

Wir hatten eine tolle Auszeit in diesem Hotel. Alles war gut, das Personal sehr nett. Das Einzige was ich bemängel, ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmer. Details haben wir direkt dem Hotel vor Ort mitgeteilt.

Ferie

Dejligt sted hotellet ligger fin i forhold til byen Plau am see. Wifi var dårligt på værelset, og der var lidt problem med et meget varmt værelse ingen aircondition. Wellness så fin ud benyttede det ikke da vi kun have 2 over natninger. Plau am see er en rigtig hyggelig by og har et rigtig godt spisested Fakkelgarden. Man spiser også godt på hotellet.

Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Auf der Couch, am Boden beim Tisch und rechte Seite auf dem Bett lagen Krümmel. Das darf eigentlich nicht passieren. Da wir nur 1 Nacht da waren, haben wir dies nicht erwähnt, da das Personal am Empfang so freundlich war. Die Decke vom Frühstücksraum könnte mal erneuert werden. Leider war das Schwimmbad in einem anderen Gebäude.

Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, in einem irgendwie aus der Zeit gefallenem Haus. Sehr kleines Zimmer, mit einem leicht „muffigen“ Geruch, welches einem öfter in alten DDR Häusern begegnet. Aber neues Bad und gutes Bett.

Trotzdem sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren mit dem Personal Empfang und Bedienung sehr zufrieden, es war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstücksbufett sollte die Aufmerksamkeit mehr auf die Teller gelegt werden, sehr häufig Schmutzig! Die Fernsehergröße entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standart!

Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, Zimmer auch sehr schön, hatten leider ein Zimmer direkt am Treppenaufgang, war etwas laut im Zimmer. Plau am See ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, una hat es sehr gefallen.

Erholsame Tage

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Ausgezeichnete Küche. Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite im Park Chalet, deren Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen war. Betten waren okay. Eignet sich prima für Urlaub mit Hund.

Aufgrund der Corona Problematik gab es einige Einschränkungen, die aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht negativ beeinflusst haben. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir die Regelung: Zimmerreinigung nur auf Wunsch. Wir haben ein Mal während unseres Aufenthaltes um Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel gebeten. Klappte wunderbar. Das wäre eine Regelung, die vielleicht auch ohne Corona, durchführbar wäre.

Pretty good.

My email concerning how to check-in arrived after my check-out, so my check-in was confusing. The room was really good. Breakfast was, due to Corona, a paperback to be eaten in my room, with bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, and a cup of coffee. Under the circumstances really good.

Das Hotel liegt in einem schönen Park. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich das Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Die Betten sind ok. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Corona Zeiten sehr gut organisiert. Das Hotel wird auch von Reisegruppen besucht. Als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren geeignet.

Hotel in ruhiger, idyllischer Parkanlage. Das Städtchen Plau ist in einigen Minuten zum Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber und ruhig. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einzig die derzeit herrschenden Coronaregeln sorgen dafür, dass ich keine bessere Bewertung abgeben konnte. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja eigentlich nichts.

Gerne wieder

Ich hatte für unseren Aufenthalt ein DZ mit Patio (30 qm) im Parkchalet gebucht, leider entsprach das Zimmer 927 dem überhaupt nicht (weder Patio, noch die Größe). Ausserdem hatte es einen sehr, sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Frau Wöhl (?) an der Reception hat mit Ihrer natürlichen Freundlichkeit und der Umbuchung auf ein anderes Zimmer unseren 1. Eindruck (schlecht) vom Hotel gedreht und der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert, neben dem sehr schmackhaften Essen hat uns Herr Schuld super "unterhalten".
