"Resort is huge and geared towards corporate events it seems. Rooms were a good size. Battery fire detector went off at 12:30am and 4:30am the first night. Maintenance came in to assess and change battery at 12:30. Next day told management to replace with brand new unit with brand new battery. It’s an okay resort but prob won’t return. Bobs Steak House was excellent option for dinner on the properly."

"The hotel is in a great location and the front staff is super nice. However, on arrival there was a huge pile of dirty towels outside our door. Then our shower would not drain. The maintenance guy did take care of it pretty quickly, but it was disgusting. We checked in on a Monday and are checking out on Thursday. After a long day at Legoland and the beach, we were looking forward a clean room, showers and bed. Instead nothing had been cleaned. After calling twice for clean towels I went downstairs to the housekeeping area and was able to get towels and toilet paper from an employee - you can see me carrying it all in the picture. I wish it would have been a cleaner room because the location of the hotel and the layout of the room is perfect for a family of 5."

"The suites were beautifully maintained. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. Studio suite felt very homey. Accessible amenities. Used the pool, appreciated it was temperature controlled. Also used the jacuzzi, it was well maintained and temperature gauge was easy to use."

"Carpets were dirty and stained, walls had scuffs on them and furniture was damaged. A/C barely worked and when I asked for someone to check it I was told this was energy saving option. Reservation was for four people, yet there were only three towels in the bathroom and two bottles of water. Lights were so dimmed you could barely see at night and some of them didn't work. Upon check-in I was invited to sign a document declining housekeeping services since we stayed three nights. Not a four star experience for sure."
