"The room was clean and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. Every staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. We loved the variety of food options. The food was so good. When would for sure stay here again. "

"Completely disastrous stay right from check-in until we had to get refunded for the rest of our stay. There was a music festival that the hotel knew about and was independent from the hotel, but let everyone at the festival use all their parking so there was absolutely no parking even for check-in. We were harassed by police as we had our car in front of the stairs to try to check in and the staff did not care nor wanted to hear solutions around helping their guests have parking. We ended up having to park on the street where our rental was damaged and now we have to pay for the damage. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and we woke up with a back ache. Not to mention the music that went on until 1:30 AM from the festival. And all hotel management could muster as an apology instead of refunding us for what was a truly horrific night was dinner at their subpar"

"All staff were amazing, from reception to the restaurant to the pool area. Breakfast was first class, Rooms very modern and nice view. Rooftop pool bar had breathtaking views and many sunbeds. The two main pools had waiter service and a DJ from 2pm daily.The gym had views over the sea. An excellent all round hotel. I would highly recommend."

"The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot water in the room runs out after the second person showers so if you got more than two ppl and like hotwater then you need to wait an hour for hot water again in the shower. Didnt get to use the pool bar as it was closed when I was at the pool."

"The hotel itself was lovely, Instagram worthy for sure. However, we stayed with another couple and I booked the stay. Paid the exact same for our 5 night break but our friends stayed in lovely room on the second floor of the main building with a balcony and lots of space (they even had a proper salon-style hairdryer and huge mirror. Even though I booked both rooms and pad for them at the same time, my husband and I were allocated a room that felt more like a hostel away from the main building, no private balcony (even though I paid for one, it was a walk way for the neighbouring room) and It felt cramped and tired and I was properly annoyed that we were in the same hotel and paid the same money but their room was definitely a grade above ours. Not cool from the hotel. Otherwise though, very happy with our stay. Staff are super friendly, food was delicious. Just felt short changed on the room situation. "

"Great pool and daybeds. Amazing breakfast. Daily housekeeping. Fluffy bathrobes. Excellent gym and spa. Convenient location to Obeach and Ibiza rocks. Stunning rooftop bar and restaurant. We would have preferred less kids around the pool area as they were a bit disturbing….but i guess i had assumed it was an adults only hotel when i booked it…..but overall a very cool vibe and we enjoyed our stay :) "
