Contact the hotel prior to your arrival if you were coming in at the train station otherwise it is probably a 20 minute walk to roll your luggage on cobblestone sidewalks. "Upon arrival we discovered that the room we had been given was wheelchair accessible. The problem was that our bathroom floor became completely wet when we showered and there was no cabinet or shelving to store any of our soaps shampoos etc. We also had rented the room because of the washer but there was no drying rack or place to hang clothes to dry or hair dryer. I did contact the office the next morning and asked for those things as well as additional towels which they delivered everything...

"Zimmer war leider an der Strasse und nur im 1. OG. Bei offenem Fenster hört man die Autos recht laut. Ansonsten war das Hotel topp, super freundliches Personal und offensichtlich gute Arbeitsatmosphäre, das Putzpersonal war sehr gut und ordentlich. Frühstück super! Jederzeit (hoffentlich bald) wieder!"

"Wir hatten in der Wintersaison ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit 3 Betten. Leider war das Zimmer sonst auf 2 Personen vorbereitet (Handtücher, Decken, keine zusätzliche Kissen). Klopapier wurde nicht nachgelegt. Wir mussten viel erfragen an der Rezeption. Daher Abzüge bzgl des Services. Ungewöhnlich fand ich dass ein 4 Sterne Hotel Plastikbecher im Zimmer anbietet und sonst keine weiteren Annehmlichkeiten wie Wasser oder Wasserkocher. Das Frühstück war in der Wintersaison eingeschränkt und das Besteck...

"La habitación normal, pero comunicas un desperfecto y no lo arreglan. Muy poco personal, bufé engañoso, no se corresponde a las fotos, el desayuno escaso, sin fruta fresca, y la cena, los dos días pasta, arroz y pollo. Muy poca variedad. "
