"We stayed for a week in March in a 3rd floor apartment.We arrived early so Used the luggage lockers (2 euros) to store our bags and were able to use the facilities until check in. Really lovely helpful lady in reception.
The pool is massive, saltwater and fantastic. Pool area very clean, loads of loungers, never busy with well kept toilets and a nice bar and snacks bar.

"The apartment had everything we needed. The pool area is lovely and its all kept clean. We were on the first floor, which meant we had private loungers which was great. Unfortunately you need the windows open for some air, and it was really quite noisy. We also got a note through our door telling us to be quiet, when we were really quiet (couple no kids) and had only been there a few hours!

"This was our second stay at the hotel and we would definitely recommend it! The staff are all fantastic, friendly and so helpful from the reception desk to the bars and the entertainment team work so hard, the kids all adore them (our child had talked about them since our last visit and was so happy that they remembered her!) Rooms are a really good size, clean and well equipped.
The only area for improvement is the buffet. The food they serve is really good, however, we often found it labelled incorrectly and it would be amazing if more dairy free options were available as there were days when there was very little choice and never any suitable desserts. Other than that, everything is fantastic!"
