"I paid for my stay more than a week in advance, yet they called me at 8:00 PM to warn me that I would be charged $20 for arriving late—and that I had to arrive by 10:00 PM or I would lose my room. This is absolutely ridiculous! My stay was already paid for. The receptionist had a terrible cold, and the security guard was watching all the rooms in a rather unsettling manner. I will never go back there."

"The staff were very kind and helpful when checking in & out. You do have to give a $50 deposit when checking in, I only had $60 but they only took $40. I had zero issues checking out and getting it back, they just check the room quickly. The room had AC and a balcony, and the parking lot had 24 hour security so it felt safe leaving our car and walking to the bars which are very close, but not so close that the noise reaches the rooms. The room itself was okay, nothing fancy but good enough. I had no complaints. Oh, and they gave us a complimentary breakfast!"
