If you’re going to have a virtual check-in process, people should be armed with all of the information necessary to enter the room when they arrive at or after 3 o’clock. "I've learned to be cynical about hotels, but Hotel Los Brezos was a very pleasant surprise. The room wasn't big, but very nice, with excellent maid service. The restaurant was great, and we're picky. We'll be back in Volcan, and we won't dare stay anywhere else."
