"The staff at this hotel is incredibly slow and unhelpful. We asked about a leaking bathroom pipe, but it wasn’t fixed even after two days. Parking is mandatory and they charge extra, even though the hotel is in a remote location. The breakfast is also mediocre."

Rien à redire sur l'accueil, qui a vraiment été un point fort de notre séjour. En revanche, nous avons été déçus par la propreté de la chambre. Au premier abord, tout semblait correct, mais en y regardant de plus près, nous avons trouvé des miettes sous les lits, des raisins au sol et le sol n'était pas propre....

La comida podría ser mejor, poca variedad y escasa el buffet del desayuno y el de la cena, además se les acaba y no pueden reponer porque ya se les ha acabado, no hay buena planificación de la comida. Es ideal para familias, tiene psicina, zona de juegos canastas y porterías, frontón, futbolín, billar y animación por la noche. La pega es q todo es pronto en Francia...

"The front staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was immaculate and fit our family of 4 nicely. The activities on site were very fun and the pool nice. However, the waitress we had in the restaurant was not very nice for dinner, she acted like she was annoyed that we were even there. Everything besides that, was spectacular!"
