"Very beautiful location, very nice rooms. Sweet staff, nice restaurant "

"Spitzen wellnesshotel "

"Quiet pláče in forest, near spa center, nice room, calm"

"Sehr schöne Bad-und Saunaanlage. Was nicht schön war, war der A la Cart Raum. 9 Tische in einem Raum ohne Fenster, keine schöne Atmosphäre. Frühstück war ok."

"Nice relaxing place we always stay here."

"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice...

"Room was great. Staff was very helpful despite language barrier "

"Friendly Hosts awesome Castle / atmosphere really tasty beer & food"

"Sauna geschlossen, alte Teppichböden im Zimmer"

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"nice, clean and comfy rooms with everything one could need to have a good time"

"Good position in center of city. "

"Lovely place in the country. Easy parking, good food, friendly staff. "

"Friendly staff and very nice clean rooms (Big) Breakfast very good! Have not seen real scrambled eggs at a hotel breakfast for a long time. Beds were also very good!"

"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Small kitchen, unfortunately without microwave. Hotel is located in a very quiet but beautiful surrounding. Not much to do in the village of Schöneck, so for restaurants or shopping you need to take a trip."

"Always a excellent stay here. Fabulous staff, friendly, helpful, Great breakfast!"

"It was another hockey overnight. Simple room. Functional TV. Friendly service at the desk. Delicious breakfast staples. I arrived tired and hungry. I left refreshed and energized."

"Everything was okay its a nice hotel ."
