"Tiny rooms like a cruise ship. Beds on platform against window require either inside sleeper to get out of bed and step down from platform or crawl over partner."

"The room was clean. Smaller than expected, but fine for two people. The bed was comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Elevators were small and very busy. Didn't eat at the restaurant, but it was nice it was available. Location was perfect for what we needed - close to a few subway lines and easy to walk over to the ferry and Statue of Liberty viewing."

Die Matratze hat schon einige Gäste hinter sich, das hat man gemerkt, aber trotzdem haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Was am ehesten gestört hat, war die Hellhörigkeit. Klar ist es in New York nie leise, das war uns klar. Aber die Zimmertür war einen großen Spalt vom Boden entfernt. Da hatte man manchmal das Gefühl, man würde auf dem Flur sitzen. Ansonsten top. "

"I was awakened at 6:30 a.m. by music blaring from a loudspeaker on the outside wall of the hotel just below my rooms window. The loudspeaker belongs to a restaurant and the hotel has no control over it. If you end up in an odd numbered room on the second or third floor, you will experience this also. I didn't realize this after my first night there because I was out the door by 6:30 a.m. If I had, I would have asked for a room on the back side of the hotel.
