The level of filth was beyond anything even remotely acceptable: thick layers of dust everywhere, what appeared to be dried bodily fluids on a chair, dark grime coating the front of the couch. The level of neglect that was genuinely nauseating. The condition of this room was not just disappointing—it was inexcusable."
