If I owned a hotel this is how I would like it to be run. Great service but informal & friendly. Room excellent & spacious Breakfast perfect. Well appointed gym & pool. Interior design outstanding. But the best thing about it is the staff who all make you feel very welcome-nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic apartment with everything covered, from a washing machine to coffee machine with pods. Communication with the owners was great, and we could contact them 24/7 with any problems (of which there were none. I would highly recommend the apartments for space, convenience & facilities close by. Many thanks!

Follow the route google maps tells you to go from the train station or you’ll end up having at to cross a dual carriageway to get here! Lovely modern hotel, clean, big room. Slipped on the rug on the bare floor a couple of times though

All good, loved the stay.

Great hotel with excellent facilities for both adults & children. We stayed with half board and there was always superb selection of food to choose from. The hotel itself is the only building in the area so it's very quiet. Loved the proximity of ski lift & ski slope a minute from the hotel. Will definitely come again!

Very friendly staff, we could eventually choose from two rooms. Room was spacious, well furnished. However, there were no blinds or dark curtains, so the street lights and morning sun could get in easily. The room was clean, except for the heating radiators. Those were full of dust (no problem in summer). Breakfast has wide selection of food and drink.

Excellent reception and checkin. Friendly & efficient. Room was like new. Obviously recently refurbished. Breakfast was also very good with selections of hot & cold foods and a great coffee machine. Overall excellent.

Really helpful staff

An excellent hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout. We eat in the hotel restaurant the service and were food very good. Hotel organised a taxi for 7.30am, it was ready and waiting.

Fantastic value, very clean and conveniently located for the town centre which was a 10 minute walk away.
