The people who work there are superb! The other guests were really noisy till 11 pm, it was hard to fall asleep. Children runming in there rooms and knocking on walls. We LOVE the Puro chain!!! Our favourite hotel experiences of the year - and we travel internationally monthly. The staff here are wonderful too. The view from and design of our room were incredible. We were blown away by the quality of everything especially given the reasonable price point.
