No enough plugs to charge phone, no fan or ac, window curtains were not fully blocking the light from outside, toiletries include just hand wash and body wash, no coffee machine or hot water in the room. "We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms was spacious and clean, and had the basic amenities you would expect of this caliber hotel. The gym was also quite nice and the staff were excellent. It is conveniently located about a seven minute walk to the subway that will take you into old town or most anywhere of interest. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of items served. Overall, we enjoyed out stay here."

"I stayed here for a week and the access to transat could not be beat, literally right outside the door! There is a mall near by with a grocery store so we were able to keep food in our room which was handy. Was tough getting towels and had to ask for toilet paper but other then that service was great, most of the team spoke excellent English."
