"Always a excellent stay here. Fabulous staff, friendly, helpful, Great breakfast!"

"Sehr schöne Bad-und Saunaanlage. Was nicht schön war, war der A la Cart Raum. 9 Tische in einem Raum ohne Fenster, keine schöne Atmosphäre. Frühstück war ok."

"It was another hockey overnight. Simple room. Functional TV. Friendly service at the desk. Delicious breakfast staples. I arrived tired and hungry. I left refreshed and energized."

"Sauna geschlossen, alte Teppichböden im Zimmer"

"Room was great. Staff was very helpful despite language barrier "

"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Small kitchen, unfortunately without microwave. Hotel is located in a very quiet but beautiful surrounding. Not much to do in the village of Schöneck, so for restaurants or shopping you need to take a trip."

"Clean, modern and very nice staff. Great for dogs. "

"Friendly Hosts awesome Castle / atmosphere really tasty beer & food"

"Very beautiful location, very nice rooms. Sweet staff, nice restaurant "

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"This place was a very pleasant surprise as to how nice it was. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Very nice visit, recommended!"

"Beautiful location right a at lake with a walking trail around it. Quiet location and a fantastic restaurant."

"Nice hotel for a family on a road trip. Great service, comfy rooms and a good breakfast. "

"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice...

"Nice."

"Quick and very Kindly chicken. The in Christ was very Kindly. "
