"We spent 4 nights at Pansion Martin and honestly, it was such a hidden gem. I won't lie, I doubted the five star reviews before booking, but I was wrong. The staff were kind and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and breakfast every morning was fresh, plentiful, and included in the price (we didn't even realise this until we checked in). We also tried lunch there. The calamari and antipasto platter were both super fresh, with generous portions, and really well priced. They aren't extorting...

"Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer und das Bad sind groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Es hat einen eigenen Zugang zum kleinen weißen Kieselstrand. Lage ist ca. 20min zum Zentrum von Split entfernt. Es gibt es eine Busverbindung. Nur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt, der nächste Supermarkt hat nur bis 14h geöffnet. Alles in Allem tolles Hotel, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt."

"Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world. "

"Hotel San Antonio is the main hotel in this group and facilities are in this hotel but a short walk away and right next to beach and bars/restaurants. Staff ok and knowledgeable, helpful when asked. Not many shops close by and centre of split is a good 20 mins taxi ride, busses are available but not used by us."

"This is a very sweet boutique hotel--immaculately clean and brand new. the breakfast was amazing! we stayed a week and had different options every morning--all were delicious! However, it is located right beside a church which has bells ringing for 4 minutes every morning at 6 am!!!!!! early wake up call. it's also directly on the main road, so not at all quiet. you had to walk a bit to cross the road and get to the beach, but the beach walk is wonderful and has many incredible restaurants...

"Het is een uitstekend hotel. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Het enige minpuntje en iets wat je toch wel mag verwachten van een 4 sterren hotel is dat er op de kamer geen faciliteiten waren om zelf koffie of thee te zetten."

"„Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm und der Service war gut. Die Lage war sehr schön, besonders der Blick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück war ok, könnte aber noch etwas verbessert werden – insbesondere sollten das Gemüse und das Obst frischer sein.“"

"Everything was great except for a recent hornet issue in the area. Two got into the apartment and it took me an hour to get them out. Also, you will definitely need a car and would advise a small one unless you are used to driving on small windy roads and turns where a large vehicle could go off the edge. "

"The room was nice, modern and clean. Seems like the hotel has been renovated lately. Upgrade to have a room with balcony facing the ocean is definitely worth it. There is a small beach right at the hotels ground floor and you can take beach chairs from the hotel. Lady at the reception is really nice! "The host and hostess were absolutely lovely. They were so helpful. They even did a load of laundry for us in the morning when they were washing the linens. Breakfast was delicious. Delicious. Access to the beach was fantastic with lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. The beachfront property was just perfect for our stay and there was a market just across the street for supplies."
