Nice stay. Next to beach, bus stop, grocery stores, restaurants and bars. People drive fast and don’t respect crossings, so stay safe when crossing road to beach:)

We were overall very satisfied! There’s a bus stop just 1 minute away, which takes you to the city center of Split. There’s also a beach nearby, only 5 minutes away. The ladies at the reception were very friendly, and communication was good. The room was clean, and the view was stunning! Thank you for providing us with a great place to stay, making our vacation wonderful.☺️👍

I liked the size, the view and that it was nice and quiet, with front beach. I didn’t like that you had to live the door opone of the room to get air conditioning. The sheets of the bed were very small didn’t cover the body and it needs a toaster.

walking distance. My only regret is that a balcony room wasn’t available. We had 3rd and beautiful view of beach/ocean but no balcony. Owner/manager was very pleasant. My only complaint was the dryer taking quite a long time to dry clothes but other than that, definitely worth every dime. Recommend travel to Omiš for water/land excursions (15 minutes away).

Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!

Es war alles traumhaft schöne. Sauber, ordentliche, große Terrasse und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Für Leute die ein leichten schlaf haben und etwas längere schlafen wollen. Nimmt euch am besten oropax mit, denn die Türen sind normale Zimmertüren(dünn). Die Türen werden doch meistens zu geschlagen.

Appartement impeccable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Propreté irréprochable, literie de très bonne qualité. Bien situé (très proche de Split). Personnel très aimable et attentionné, sans être envahissants. Deux petits bémols, le manque d'insonorisation dans les chambres et les bouchons en sortie de l'hôtel pour rejoindre Split ou l'autoroute. Mais c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Strand op loopafstand en prachtige omgeving. Er zijn wel weinig parkeerplaatsen. In de avonduren bestaat de kans dat je je auto elders moet parkeren. Je kan je auto gratis in de buurt parkeren.

Familierettet leilighetskompleks nær stranden!

Dette er et leilighetskompleks, og ikke et hotell - og er myntet på personer/familier som ønsker umiddelbar nærhet til strandliv. Leiligheten var ganske ren, men ut i fra støvoppsamlingen så ble den ikke vasket hver dag. Fin utsikt fra leilighet 11 - og et greit lite kjøkken med to stekeplater. Går ikke an å lage store middager, men kjøkkenet er nok reservert mer til frokostprogrammet. Kort vei til både restauranter, Strand, butikk - og ikke minst buss inn til Split. Tips: LEI BIL! Taxi/uber er dyrt - og de prøver alltid å lure deg for penger. (Kjører lange omveier, ber om kontantbetaling m.m). Personalet var veldig imøtekommende og hyggelig, noe som er overraskende sjeldent mtp at 90% lever av serviceyrker/turisme. Podstrana, som forøvrig ligger i utkanten av Split, er fint og passer barnefamilier i alle aldre.

Mooie, goede locatie tegenover het strand. Met de auto zijn malls en supermarkten op korte afstand. mooi uitzicht enige minpunt is de parkeerplaats, moeilijk te bereiken als het druk op de weg is en als je laat in de avond terugkomt is er geen plek super krappe plekjes niet de veiligste of meest overzichtelijke plek om naar toe of van weg te rijden naar de autoweg.
