"didnt check the gym/pool Check-in easy. parking outside handy bc of security, after 10pm you must enter via main entrance, take their interior tunnel (clean, safe, indoor) under the road to the other building where our newly renovated room 358 was. plenty of room with 2 queens, bay window, chair, dresser, TV, bar fridge, AC, AC control, several (1/2 size) pillows on each bed and duvet, 1 side table, in between beds, comfortable - not too hard but def not soft. no smell. no noise. hair dryer, nice shower no tub. soap, schampoo / conditioner dispenser, good pressure, clean. large counter 1 sink, nice large lit mirror -fogs up, plenty of towels. close to everything Fridge froze items at the bottom-even on the door AC control was little wonky so it got warm at night and i had to adjust, during the day it was super cold - but ok main building smells like cholorine (bc of the pool) - ok. carpeting in the main building and smelly it was gross and dirty and worn, plastic plants, tacky decor-cheap ugly breakfast was the big thing though - they provide a "breakfast basket" it says on the paper you receive - no basket, but a tray with 2 juice, 2 fruit (one bad), 2 muffins, 2 rice krispy sqs, 2 granola bar ( something else?) this is not a "complimentary breakfast basket". site touts "enjoy our delicious complimentary continental breakfast, which can incl waffles, cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast/bagels and pastries stay again? will check breakfast story before booking here again."

"This a beautiful historic hotel formerly built and owned by CN. Everything is top notch. It's like staying at a Fairmont at everyday prices. Well worth the experience. Everyone was very helpful especially the front desk and the restaurant staff. It is very convenient to all the downtown tourist areas . Can't recommend it enough."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Dutch inn. The rooms were super clean and spacious. The breakfast that was included was okay, wish they had fruit, oatmeal etc. included, the salad is a strange choice for breakfast especially because it was only leaves with no other veggies etc. We really enjoyed seeing the noisy cows from the backyard watch us eat breakfast! Their pool isn’t available for use and seems like it’s been a while since that’s been the case. Overall good stay and we would come back!"
