The check in was a terrible experience with no empathy for a family travelling with a baby, and reception was in a different location to the apartment. The walls between apartments are thin and you can practically hear people breathing g next door. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was no publication advising that there was no lift - this would have been a fact considered when booking with a baby. The distance to old town...
