"Desk was busy when we arrived but they efficiently managed the line. Though we’d booked two queens (that’s all there was at time of booking), desk staff easily found us a king when we checked in. Spectacular view! Thank you! Room was very comfortable, spacious, fridge, lovely bathroom… all the things except…very odd to have cardboard “glasses”! We brought beverage with us and the cardboard cups just did not match everything else about this hotel. Parking on premises was great!"

"The only item that I found is that there’s no signs indicating where the parking garage is. I entered the alleyway from the west side looking for the parking and almost scratched my car as it’s so narrow. I’ll know in the future just to stop out front for the valet parking. Overall it’s a very good hotel and I will return."

"} I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel facilities were extremely poor. There was no coffee machine in the room, and even basic amenities were missing. Every time we wanted coffee or water, we had to go downstairs and ask for it. The hallway was very long, which made it even more inconvenient. The breakfast was advertised, but it was below average and very disappointing. There was not even bottled water available in the room or fridge. When we asked for water, we were told it was only available for premium members, which was very surprising. The room was not cleaned properly, and even hand soap was missing in the bathroom. The ventilation system was also poor. Overall, although the staff were kind and welcoming, the hotel itself did not meet basic expectations. The facilities were far below standard."
