"I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...

"The hotel is quaint and beautiful. Located walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Management was excellent with communication and provided a warm welcome. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious. The cats were also a plus. "

However, when we returned from dinner, someone had entered our room without permission, repaired the toilet, and left dirty footprints and stains in the bathroom. This is a serious breach of privacy.
