"This was our second visit. That should tell you something. We again liked the inn with good variety of of breakfast options, room was spacious, plenty of free parking. It was convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit. Dinner, optional extra, is available and very good quality. We would like to visit again. "

"Steep walk back from Falmouth town. Buses available JJ’s taxi very reasonable efficient and friendly. Good choice for brrakfast"

"Room was exactly what we needed. Spacious and clean although could do with a new carpet and some damp removal in the bathroom. Great location - very close to the Eden Project. Friendly staff at the bar. "

"Wonderful stay for 8 nights , very clean, tidy spacious room. Felt very welcome from start to finish. Car parking available front and back of the property. Excellent breakfast and very freindy and pleasant host. Would stay again and definitely recommend "

"Great accommodation and good communication. very clean and friendly. This was the perfect location for my weekend stay in Falmouth. Conveniently located between the Beach and the town, just 10 mins to either. Free road parking was a plus. 5 mins from the train station. "
