All staff were very helpful, breakfast was good as well.
Rooms were kept clean, Air conditioning worked well and contained a small fridge. WiFi was strong from all points in the hotel.

"We loved staying at the Occidental Ljubljana. The rooms were spotless and the location is excellent - steps away from old town. However, one caution is that the bathroom is not a traditional layout. The sink is fully open and visible to anyone in the room (no walls at all) and the shower and toilet are in separate stalls. If you prefer to change in the bathroom or use the sink in private, it is a bit difficult in this bathroom layout. But other than that, it is an excellent hotel."

"To get the shuttle from the airport, contact hotel and make a reservation. Driver was waiting for us after baggage claim and provided door to door service. Location is ideal! 5 min walk to river, market, restaurants, shops. Breakfast was high quality and lots of variety. Room was good too. No complaints. Recommend."
"I loved the breakfast, so many food options to choose from and free coffee. Just know that it's far out of the center and Ljubljana's public transit isn't as fast as many other European cities and plan accordingly."
