"Location to botanical garden was perfect. Furnishings quite dated. No comfortable chair in room - all dining room hard-back straight chairs. EV charger for Tesla not operational. Adapter charger worked occasionally. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"The beauty of the hotel property is what struck me first. So many flowers in bloom and everywhere. It was breathtaking. Also we were pleasantly surprised to find although promised a "forest view" we had views of the ocean. The cool ocean breezes were a welcome relief from the heat of the summer. Our room was perfect. Clean and neat. We will definitely be back!"

"The location and the room are very good. But when we check in, the sink for washing is plugged, we called front desk, waited a maintenance guy come, it take quite a while for him to fix it. After a long tired day, we are exhausted and hoped to be able to rest once entered the room. I hope they check those things as part of house keeping. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to stay."
