The water tasted funny when I brushed my teeth. There was cigar smoke coming into the room in the morning. The room wasn’t ready as promised. I really needed to get into the room at 3pm but it wasn’t ready until almost 5:30pm!

He was very kind and unstanding when after going to my room and seeing how awful it was he was understanding that I couldn't stay there. The room was old and very run down.
