"It was amazing with amazing views! Great breakfast. The only downside was the internet outage (not their fault--it was due to external source). They had multiple routers which made for very strong internet coverage but was hampered by the ISP outage."

"The Hotel is amazing a self check in hotel. Check in process easy and also check out process. It’s easy reaching customer service they are available like 24/7 and there’s immediate help. Only one thing it’s a little far in the area if you use public transportation and also I was to pay breakfast via my booking app but wasn’t offered the option and paying at the hotel was a little more. "Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. More like an apartment than a bedroom with kitchen and dining table. Nothing to allow you to have a hot drink such as milk or tea/coffee even though there is a fridge and kettle. "Sehr schönes modernes Hotel! Super Spa Bereiche, gutes Essen und vorallem sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Egal ob beim Check in, im Restaurant oder im spa Bereich. Die Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl hier sehr willkommen zu sein und haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch Raphael aus dem spa, der extra für uns 30 Minuten früher zur Arbeit gekommen ist, damit wir alle eine Massage bekommen ( es war sonst alles ausgebucht) Echt top! Wie kommen wieder !"
