Staff was very friendly. The outside area and the grounds of the hotel are very nice. The inside however is dated, and cleanliness is below average.

Room dirty carpet badly stained and in need of a good hoover. Windows so dirty unable to see out.

Local amenities were for for purpose. It's a student-orientated area with a large supermarket 3 minutes away. Ideal for picking anything up you might need.

Central location for a visit to Bristol, however on a very busy main road above a pub so very noisy. room was very small but well equipped and clean.
