When I woke in the morning, the water had been shut off so I had to walk down 3 floors to get them to turn it back on so I could shower. After one night, I cancelled the remaining nights and went elsewhere."

The breakfast in the description says buffet. Every day you have the options. They are rice soup, boiled eggs, a noodle dish and toast. We found a restaurant very close with a great breakfast, Cupcake at Phayao. Amazing!"
