"Absolutely loved our stay at Toa Hotel and Spa! The service was exceptional, with staff who truly go above and beyond. I wish I can give it a 10 star for their service! The rooms are stunning, with private pools and direct beach access. We enjoyed the delicious food made with love, and the beach dinners were unforgettable, complete with an amazing show under the stars. The pools are beautiful, and the whole property feels peaceful and luxurious. If you’re coming to Zanzibar, this is the place to...
"The Swimming Pool was dirty and inusable. For me who travelled with a 1 year old and 4 year old baby, I found that its positioning, less than 3 meters from the door step of the room was extremely dangerous.
This hotel offers bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was awful too.
I decided to check out of the property the day after a night. When i asked the hotel to refund me for unused nights, the hotel declined to refund.
In short, this place is not ideal for a family. Perhaps it can work for...

"Loved our stay at Pongwe Bay Resort. The beach is beautiful, the gardens are so beautiful and the staff is amazing. The east side of the island is so calm and quite which was exactly what we needed."
"This was our second time staying at Beyt al Salaam. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. People went out of their way to help us. The room was kept clean and serviced. There is a restaurant that serves delicious food. The hotel is conveniently located in a lovely part of Stonetown and near to the beach. What made this stay so wonderful was the staff at the hotel who are simply brilliant. Thank you!"
"Great area, this is literally the building where Freddie Mercury lived, apartment with unique old zanzibari character, great location - near to beach, stone town and night market, great breakfast. Loved it."
