"We were pleasantly surprise with this hotel/apartment. The staff was so friendly and personable. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. "I stay here every time I come to visit, each time only gets better. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, the bartenders give great restaurant and bar recs. The view at night of the July column and the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood cannot be beat, along with a lovely walk along the Canal St Martin. Great night walking, safe and lively neighborhood. Love it!"

"Nice boutique hotel but location in between postcard and junky souvenirs impacted stay. Amenities are also lacking — no replenishing the meager refreshments in lobby or minibar. "

"We just came back from our 4 night stay and we will be back. The rooms was so comfortable and ful of character with solid old furniture, thick fabrics, and a gorgeous claw foot tub. The building is authentically old but updated enough that it doesn't feel at all worn, run down, or a compromise to modern convenience. The staff was unfailingly kind and friendly, and the location couldn't be closer to the metro while stills being reasonably quiet. We will be back next spring!"

"Very cute hotel with quite large rooms and bathrooms for Paris. The bed was super-comfy and the staff were lovely. The hotel is very centrally located (5 mins walk to Notre Dame), and the area has a small neighbourhood feel with some lovely restaurants and cafes nearby."
