"Every thing. No manager on duty when we arrived. He was at the beach. Waited 90 minutes to get a room. No hot water in the shower. Power went out the first night. Water went out the 2nd night. Total apathy on the part of management. No breakfast in the morning. No extra blanket. Air conditioning out. We were alone, no staff or other guests. Loud noises in the middle of the night. We left after 2 nights. "
"This has to be the most beautiful Pousada in Brazil that I have stayed in. The floral decor compliments the cozy 3 story structure perfectly. There are 2 bars on the property plus an indoor & outdoor dining area & poolside. My wife and I stayed here fot our 24th Wedding anniversary & we were treated like royalty.
