"enjoyed my stay at this excellent hotel. Classy and understated excellence. Rooms were roomy and comfortable, well-appointed and a comfortable bed. As an older building it has a wonderful, welcoming sizeable lobby area complete with chandelier and comfortable sitting area. I nice place to come back to after a day of touring. The bathroom was spacious. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly...special thanks to Julio who provided excellent service and helped with many questions. If I return to Milan, I will definitely consider staying here again."

"Great location and excellent reception staff! The hotel is near everything, and the team at the front desk was very helpful. Unfortunately, the service fell short when it came to basic amenities. I had to request an iron multiple times just to get one delivered to my room. To make matters worse, the front desk called later to take it back because another guest needed to use it. It is shocking that such a huge hotel doesn't have enough irons to accommodate its guests."

"amazing boutique hotel with great room amenities, smart features and attentive door staff. our room was well prepared for as asked before arrival to account for our kids travelling with us. The only thing to think about is the location as its a bit off city centre and the lively parts of the city. breakfast quality and offerings were good but the eggs to order should not be an additional charge in a hotel of this segment. but maybe its an Italy thing because I saw it other hotels I stayed in as well."

"We were near the train station which was a plus to staying here. The room which slept 3 people was extremely small. It really was meant to sleep 2 people and the sofa bed would have been great to hold the luggage. We had a hard time maneuvering around our bags in the floor. The sleeper sofa had a mattress that was not comfortable. The carpet in our room was dirty even though it was vacuumed. The bathroom was nice and they had a rainfall shower as well as a handheld on a stand. Good water pressure. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. So a 4 out of 5."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was so so cute and had so many lovely touches (flower in the toilet, Marshall speaker, free mini bar!) beautiful hotel and great location, would definitely stay again. I would have given 5 stars if there was a 2nd mirror as only 1 in the bathroom so I couldn’t get ready while my husband was in the shower etc. We also couldn’t control the air con as it was controlled centrally and we were too hot in the room (we are Scottish!) Staff were so friendly and gave us a room early for free!"
