"Great location for walking into town at night and with lockers owned by them at the ski lifts no walking in ski boots! Friendly and very comfortable, I would say one of the best places in town."

"Staff were very helpful, particularly the staff at the bar. Rooms were spacious and attractive. Everything very clean. Public areas were a bit soulless. Walking to either the foot of the slopes or the centre of town was about 12 minutes but particularly the slopes wasn't an attractive or direct route. Access to the small pool area was limited to a few hours in the morning unless you paid €35 for spa access. "

"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. Since we were the only foreigners in the hotel they made us feel out of place. I...

"Great value for your money, perfect for family and skiers. Only 15 minutes from Tonale ski tracks and 7 minutes from the Ponte di Legno center. Staff is super kind, Recommended"
