Great stay in Poprad

We arrived late at night only to find out that the hotel hadn't received the customary notice email form Expedia about our stay. They weren't expecting us and were fully booked that night. In less than ten minutes the hotel's manager had arranged an upgraded room at a nearby, and presumably competing, hotel at no extra cost to us. His handling of the situation was exemplary and our experience was seamless despite the email issue. The next night we stayed at Fortuna as planned and the place was great, comfortable etc.

Hübsches Hotel in ruhigem historischem Stadtteil

Wir sind sehr freundlich und professionell empfangen worden, und dies setzte sich auch bei allen weiteren Mitarbeitern fort. Unser Appartement war im neuen Haus gegenüber des Platzes mit Berg- und Gartensicht. Allgemein war es sehr ruhig und erholsam gelegen. Das Frühstücksbüffet im Hauptgebäude war mit Liebe und Sorgfalt gemacht. Das Restaurant im Hauptgebäude bietet im Gegensatz zum Frühstück eher etwas gehobene Küche, die aber sehr empfohlen werden kann.

Great restaurant and quiet room.

There are two separate buildings to this hotel, I stayed in the second building across the small road. The room I was in was at the back of the building and exceptionally quiet. It was a very large room with a nice view over a small garden and the Tatras. The staff were friendly and helpful, and concerned when I missed breakfast one day.. haha the gentleman apologised because he couldnt leave the restaurant open longer for me.. nice man. The restaurant meal at night was exceptionally nice... I cant remember prices though. It was about a 10 -15 minute walk to the city centre, but a nice enough stroll. All in all a pleasant stay.

Hyggeligt ophold

Udemærket værelse, dog skuffende at der havde været røget en del på værelset. Personalet prøvede ikke at skjule det, men kunne ikke anvise et andet på grund af mange gæster. Gav god service omkring morgenmad, spurgte efter specielle ønsker og leverede. Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt og kun ca. 1 km fra gågade, tæt på skøjtehal og Aqua-city

何もないところでゆっくりしたい方にお勧め！

地球の歩き方などには載っていない場所であるものの、実はこの地域では歴史的に重要な地域であるSpissky Sobotaにある小さなホテル。 Poprad-Tatryの駅からは２０～３０分程度歩くので、アクセスが良いとは言えませんし、周りには本当に何もないところです。 が、何もない場所でただのんびりしたいと考えている方にはお勧めします！ 似たような小さな宿が並ぶ小さな集落といった感じです。 私が宿泊したのは101号室でしたが、屋根裏部屋のような狭い階段を上がっていくと、部屋自体はとても広々として、木の家具がセンス良く並べられ、とても落ち着けるあたたかい雰囲気でした。 ウォークインクロゼットのようなスペースもあり、バスタブもあってビデもありましたし、インターネットもつなぎ放題でした。 中庭のようなスペースはカフェになっており、ホテル内にはワインセラーもあって素敵なレストランもあります。 スタッフはカフェの店員などを兼ねているようで、入り口付近には人がいないこともあり、22時には入り口が閉まってしまって呼び鈴を鳴らしても人が気付かないなど、のんびりしているな～という感じでした。 これを「サービスが悪い」と評価する人もいるのかもしれませんが、スタッフの皆さんもおだやかで優しく、そんな状況も楽しめる方には本当にお勧めする落ち着ける素敵な宿です。
