"From the moment of arrival this hotel was excellent. All guests are greeted at reception and staff are excellent. The pool area is amazing with gorgeous beds, bar and dining area. Music is played by great djs all day. There are always beds available. Staff are alert and constantly there serving food and drinks. Breakfast was excellent. Location excellent. Close to beach and bars and restaurants. I totally recommend this hotel for a

chilled holiday. "

"Location is perfect, close to the nice beach and easy to reach public transportation (a bus stop is just in front to go to the airport and nearby cities). Beakfast was very nice with many options. The premium suite was big and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Minor point was that the window was not so sound proof, outside noise during the night could be heard clearly."

"Check-in was very easy and the hotel was very clean. We were to receive a mini bar in our room and asked for it 3 times-it was never delivered. There are drinks that are part of the all-inclusive but the better known liquor was charged extra. We are good with kids but we could never get a seat at the main pool due to the large number of kids. Food was ok. Staff at the sports bar were extremely nice and helpful thank you David & Virginia!! The only sit down restaurant was closed 2 of the 3...
