"Excellent place. We were in off season (December) so it was cool out. Pools aren’t heated so no swimming outside. Excellent staff and entertainment. Very nice area. Felt very safe walking to the nearby Port. Not the hard sell that Sousse has. "

I encounter no hand towel in many of the toilets, dirty cups from the bar, dirty plates in the restaurant.. The hotel was looking tired and the staff overworked .
