"Breakfast, The couple two times my husband been staying at this hotel breakfast is not serve. He has noticed everytime the hotel is full they always cancel breakfast. He usually stays in this hotel because of work being close by and they provide free breakfast. I feel is a bad service not providing breakfast when they have free breakfast when you booked the hotel. "

"My husband and I read the reviews about the pubes and the dirt in the beds, but saw that a lot of people had positive experiences as well so took our chances. Mistake! We checked the beds immediately and found one bed to be chock full of pubes and dirt. When we called the front desk, the very nice woman down there moved us to a different room right away. The next room was mostly fine except for one corner of the bed that seemed to have three pubes, and we found a crusty, dried cleaning rag on the bathroom counter that housekeeping must have left behind. It’s obvious to me that with the pubes being a recurring issue, the owner or some higher up has to be responsible for it. The front desk woman was clearly exasperated by the issue as she’s no doubt powerless to stop it from happening over and over again. If that’s the case, please seek therapy dude. Apart from that, we killed a cockroach in the bathroom on our second night, the breakfast was toast, muffins, and waffles which we were not interested in, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Since my husband and I are moving to the area, we will always encourage our families to spend the $40 more per night to stay somewhere else. "

"Everything was great accept going up and down the stairs with our luggage to get in the lower towns section. My husband and I both have lower back problems and my mother has congested heart disease. Everything else was great."

"When I chose this location I chose it bc it stated breakfast is included it is not. There is a Starbucks/cafe area where you can order food however you’re better off going off site for better prices. Room was clean however tv turns on at max volume so you have to hurry up and turn it down. Pool area was clean but water was freezing. "

"After I left the hotel, I realized that I had left a small pair of earrings behind. I checked out two days ago and just now called the front desk, but I was referred to a Lost and Found website, where I have already registered the earrings. The front desk person refused to take a description of the earrings, check with housekeeping, or even take my contact information. I got the feeling that standard procedure was all that mattered, not a caring attitude in helping me get my belongings back."
