Despite being an all-inclusive resort, tip jars were everywhere. We were unable to get reservations at any à la carte restaurant all week; this is done via app. The buildings need cleaning and renovations. The beach is superb. The room was quiet except one night when neighbors were speaking loudly after midnight. The trapeze show was stunning. The buffet food was excellent. The staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy. This was my third stay at Viva Fortuna. I will return if they update facilities and equipment. "

"The staff is amazing! Especially Patrice and the crew at the open-air restaurant near the beach. Food was always delicious, fresh and plentiful. If you want a relaxing, walk to whatever property this is it. 5 mins to beach or pool, same with the restaurant and a minute walk to the ferry to take you up the channel (6 mins) to downtown restaurants, bars , entertainment and shops."
