Beautiful & very welcoming place. Nice pool area & great atmosphare. Enjoyed location & dining options nearby. The only minus- lack of gym,which was in the description of propperty, huge dissapointment for us. Other than that- lovely place.

Normándie is a very rustic and “old time” Hotel. Could definitely use some modernization. My room was decent however. No major complaints. Breakfast options were limited yet tasty. Rooms were clean. Bathroom good. Overall a very regular experience.

Only one particular staff member was really friendly and nice, to me the others especially the one i met when i went for breakfast was not to polite it was really inconvenience to pull 2 heavy 50lb suit cases up stairs, this property needs an upgrade.

We had a good stay overall. Just two issues. 1.We had to wait 1 hr after check in time to access our room since there was an issue with the locks. However we were able to stay an extra hour after check out time. 2. At check out, staff told us we had to pay for breakfast even though our expedia reciept showed that breakfast WAS INCLUDED in the booking. They claimed it was a discrepancy between their rates and Expedia's rates. In the end we stood our ground, showed our reciept, they apologized, we left. Lovely hotel, conveniently located.

The cost to stay for the 2 weeks was affordable, due to the expedia holiday package l selected. I especially loved hearing the nighttime and morning sounds of the nature's little creatures, much better than having to use white noise in my flat. The ambience was so peaceful, and l especially enjoyed sitting in the verandah, looking at the sunrise; quite therapeutic. I hope however that the breakfast could be more local and varied. All of the staff were warm welcoming and friendly- 10 out of 10 for that. Thank you especially to Ethan, for participating in the little surprise l arranged for my nephew. Good sport😄 My only observation was not all of the guests were friendly so in greeting a few, with no return good day or hello, was a bit disappointing but thats not the fault of the staff and it didn't dampen my spirit. I noted the ongoing renovations which is a plus, and can only improve the quality of the overall experience. All in all a wonderful stay, l would certainly recommend to friends.

Normandie hotel has nice greenery, big trees, cool breeze, Chirping birds. Rooms are neat & clean. Pool is nice, relaxing, private with palm trees around. Reception is 24/7. However all ground staff leave after 6pm. If you need help in the night, Reception could only give phone support. Check in & out was smooth. However there are no proper sign boards to guide visitors to reception, pools, restaurent etc. Car park is full of cars during the day. And the hotel and reception are in a elevation. No bell boy service to help with guests luggage. Most of rooms are in 1st floor, with only stairs to climb (with luggage). The hotel has no restaurent by itself, but associated with private restaurent on grounds. Breakfast included with room is basic with small portions. Over all the hotel is nice, with a colonial style architecture, greenary, birds etc, but there is scope for improvement to make guests comfortable as pointed out above.
